  2. Read it on paper

  3. Find the turn

    10 minutes

    Mark the moment something changes. If there isn't one, that's the revision.

  4. Cut towards the turn

    Remove anything that doesn't set up the turn or follow from it.

  5. Read it aloud

  6. Get a reader
