For each annoyance, write a one-line idea that would fix it.

Pair up two random ideas and see if the mash-up is more interesting.

• Could you build a first version in a weekend?

• Does it excite you?

Draw the one screen or write the one command it needs.

• Save every idea in your ideas file, dated
• Put the first build session in your calendar
